An old VHS tape offers up a titillating tapestry of balloon-oriented entertainment. Remember, it's just balloons and nothing else!
This film was inspired by a clown at a neighborhood festival making balloon animals at waist level—lotsa pumping, twisting phalluses. I couldn’t get the images out of my head. So, I had to exorcise them, whilst paying a pop-art homage to a golden age in lowbrow entertainment.
